Before completing your purchase, please make sure your contact, payment, and delivery details are correct.

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Test a small amount on a limited area of skin before applying any unfamiliar cosmetic. Stop using the product and seek appropriate professional advice if irritation, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs.

6. Prices and Additional Charges

Prices shown throughout our online store are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), except where another currency is clearly mentioned.
Product prices, discounts, delivery charges, and any applicable taxes will be shown before the order is completed. Customers can review the total payable amount during checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted. If we discover a clear pricing mistake or system issue, we may get in touch to verify the accurate amount or withdraw the affected order.

7. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to stock availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
If a purchased item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restocking, or cancel the unavailable item. Any advance payment collected for a canceled item will be refunded via the applicable refund method.
Products marked “Launching Soon” are displayed for information and should not be treated as available for immediate purchase unless an active price and purchasing option are clearly shown.

8. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that HK Beauty has accepted it. An order is accepted after its details, stock availability, delivery information, and payment method have been reviewed.
We may contact you by telephone, email, or another available communication method to verify an order.
HK Beauty may refuse or cancel an order when:
  • The product is unavailable.
  • The price or product information contains an obvious error.
  • The delivery details are incomplete or incorrect.
  • We cannot confirm a Cash on Delivery order.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • The order violates these Terms or another store policy.
  • Delivery is unavailable at the provided location.
If we cancel a prepaid order, we will try to issue the qualifying refund through the payment channel selected at checkout.

9. Payment

The available payment methods will appear during checkout. Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders and serviceable locations.
Customers must provide complete and accurate payment information. Where an electronic payment option is available, the transaction may be processed by Shopify or an approved third-party payment provider.
HK Beauty does not intentionally store complete card or banking credentials submitted directly to an authorized payment processor.

10. Cash on Delivery

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery must provide a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address.
We may verify the order before dispatch. An unconfirmed order may be delayed or canceled if we are unable to contact the customer after reasonable attempts.
Customers should keep the payable amount ready and inspect the parcel's outer condition when it arrives.

11. Shipping and Delivery

We will dispatch your parcel to the destination you provided with your purchase. Customers are responsible for checking that the recipient’s name, phone number, city, area, and complete address are correct.
The expected arrival timeframe is approximate and could change due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather disruptions, hard-to-reach locations, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has left our facility, it cannot normally be canceled. After delivery, any eligible request will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
HK Beauty may cancel an order due to stock problems, inaccurate information, payment issues, suspected misuse, or an unavailable delivery location.

13. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible unused and sealed products may be returned by contacting us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Damaged, defective, expired, incomplete, or incorrect products should be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel.
Sale, clearance, and final-price products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. They will only be reviewed when delivered damaged, defective, expired, incomplete, or different from the item ordered.

14. Customer Accounts

Anyone who registers an account must keep their sign-in details secure and manage who can access the profile.
Please inform us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may temporarily restrict an account to protect the customer or investigate suspicious activity.

15. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

You may submit honest reviews, questions, photographs, or other feedback based on your genuine experience.
Submitted content must not contain false statements, unlawful material, threats, harassment, private information, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you agree that HK Beauty may display, reproduce, and format it on our website and marketing channels. We may delete material that does not follow these rules and choose not to display every submission we receive.

The HK Beauty name, logo, website layout, original graphics, written content, and store-created media belong to HK Beauty or are used with appropriate permission.
